After the earthquake that devastated the city of Kobe in 1995, Nagasawa, which had been part of the city since the late 19th century, set out to demonstrate that every corner of Kobe held a unique color.

Located in one corner of Kobe's "Kyu-kyoryuchi", Tor Road is the main road that connects Kitano and the foreign settlement, with shops and fashionable boutiques lined with Kobe-like shops.
