Kobe ink Monogatari
After the earthquake that devastated the city of Kobe in 1995, Nagasawa, which had been part of the city since the late 19th century, set out to demonstrate that every corner of Kobe held a unique color.
The Kobe Ink Monogatari series captures these tones.
"Ikuta-gawa-koen (park)" is a famous spot for Sakura (cherry blossom) located in the southern area of Shin-Kobe Station on the Shinkansen, the gateway to Kobe.
It is located along the Ikuta River and is loved by the name of “Nunobiki Hana-kaido*”.
(*Hana-kaido = beautiful road with lots of flowers)
Please feel the charm of the city of Kobe drawn by the gentle cherry blossom color.
