After the earthquake that devastated the city of Kobe in 1995, Nagasawa, which had been part of the city since the late 19th century, set out to demonstrate that every corner of Kobe held a unique color.

"Cosmos-no-oka (Cosmos hill)" on the south slope of the Universiade Memorial Stadium in Myodani, Nishi Ward, Kobe, is a place of recreation and relaxation for citizens with a view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge in the distance.
