The signature is the last nib designed by Pilot, being the sixteenth option in size 10 that the Pilot Custom 742 can fit.

A size 10 nib from the Nippon signature, which provides writing with medium thick and horizontal descending strokes, designed for comfort in signatures, as well as giving a beautiful calligraphic appearance.

This model is rarely seen outside of Japan.
