The shipping policy of inktraveler is very simple:
Shipments in Spain:
They are free from €60 of purchase, for orders of a lower price a single rate of €5.95 will be charged, regardless of the weight, volume or number of items.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla €6.5.
In the event that there are expenses derived from customs procedures, they must be paid by the buyer.
In the case of fountain pens over €104, shipping costs are free and include a bottle of fountain pen ink of a different color depending on availability.
International shipments:
A rate of €25 will be applied.
Shipments over €150 are free.
In the event that there is any modification in the shipping price due to weight greater than 1kg, the buyer will be properly informed, being able to change the delivery conditions.
When will the shipment be made?
Items will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
The shipment will usually be received within 48 hours after receipt at the agency.
Items from the “plumas a la carta” section have a different delivery time depending on the exclusivity and availability of the item, which can range from 7 days to several weeks; in case the waiting time is longer than 5 weeks the buyer will be properly informed, being able at that time to modify their order.
No orders will be shipped on weekends, nor on public holidays when the transport agency is closed.
Where will the delivery be made?
Shipments will always be made to the buyer's address, deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes.
Why is it necessary to provide a telephone number?
The transport agency needs the recipient's telephone number to contact them in case of problems with the delivery of the packages.
How many additional transit days do international shipments need?
The transit time is usually 8 to 10 days, but there may be variations depending on customs procedures.
In the event that there are expenses derived from customs procedures, they must be paid by the buyer.

All products offered by Inktraveler have a guarantee for manufacturing defects, provided by the manufacturer, so in such a case they will be replaced at no cost to the buyer.
In addition, According to the new Law 3/2014 of March 27, 2014 which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU) and other complementary laws. The consumer has 30 calendar days from the receipt of the products to request the right of withdrawal.

In addition, According to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the online resolution of conflicts between the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need to resort to the courts, through the intervention of a third party, called Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between both.
