This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies identified on inktraveler.com, their purposes and your controls. The controller is MARIA L. GOMEZ VARELA, trading as Inktraveler. Contact inktraveler@inktraveler.com. Identification details and general data-protection information are available in our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.

1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies store information in your browser. We also use local and session storage, tags and third-party components that can access device information or communicate browsing data. This policy covers these technologies even when they do not create a cookie.

2. Purposes

  • Shop operation: maintaining the session, basket and other functions you request.
  • Analytics: measuring visits and activity and analysing website use through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Advertising: measuring results and attributing visits or actions to Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns. Advertising configuration includes remarketing to relate ads to browsing and products viewed.
  • External content: reviews and social features from Trustpilot, Facebook and X/Twitter. Loading these components connects to their providers.

Technologies strictly necessary to provide a service you request are exempt from cookie consent. Analytics, advertising and other non-essential purposes require your prior consent. The configuration and services enabled determine the actual processing for each visit.

3. Cookies verified

This inventory is based on the 25 October 2026 review of public visits to the Spanish and English home pages, a category, a product and an empty basket. Durations are approximate expiry periods declared to the browser during that review; they may be renewed and are not the validity period of your consent.

Name Provider and scope Purpose Observed duration
PrestaShop-* Inktraveler; first-party domain Technical shop and session state Approximately 20 days
PHPSESSID Inktraveler; first-party domain Technical session identifier Declared persistent expiry of approximately 400 days; not described as ending when the browser closes
_ga Google Analytics; first-party domain Distinguishing visits for statistics Up to approximately 400 days
_ga_Z3KTLX31BR Google Analytics; first-party domain Visit and session measurement state Up to approximately 400 days
_gcl_au Google Ads; first-party domain Advertising measurement and attribution Up to approximately 90 days
__cf_bm Cloudflare, on twitter.com when an X/Twitter component loads Protection against automated traffic for the external service Approximately 30 minutes

Connections to Microsoft Advertising, Clarity and Trustpilot were observed, but the sample did not store _uet*, _clck, _clsk or identified Trustpilot cookies. This does not mean these services do not process data or cannot use other cookies under different conditions. Facebook and X/Twitter social resources loaded on the product page; this policy does not attribute unobserved advertising-pixel cookies to Facebook.

4. Local and session storage

Item Service and use Persistence
_gcl_ls Google storage for advertising measurement or attribution information Persistent; a single duration for all records was not verified
RCFingerprint Random identifier used by the shop tagging and attribution module; not identified as a hardware fingerprint The reviewed code declares no automatic expiry; remains until deleted

tpinvid Trustpilot: prevents duplicate review invitations. Local key observed; it may contain invitation data Persistent, with no expiry declared in the reviewed code; removed on withdrawal

The panel uses the technical cookies inkprivacy_1 and inkprivacy_csrf_1 to remember your choice and protect its saving, for a maximum of 180 days. They have been active since 26 October 2026.

26 October update: identified optional tags are blocked until you consent. Some analytics and advertising services load together: they only activate if you accept both purposes. This currently includes Google Tag Manager and Trustpilot; accepting “External content” alone does not activate them. Rejection or withdrawal stops them loading on subsequent visits and removes identified first-party cookies and storage keys that are no longer authorised.

Google reCAPTCHA loads during checkout to protect against abuse and fraud. The local key _grecaptcha was identified. According to Google documentation, reCAPTCHA may use the technical cookie _GRECAPTCHA for risk analysis; its duration was not verified in this review. This security protection remains available when analytics and advertising are rejected. reCAPTCHA information.

5. Providers and international processing

When external services load, their providers may receive data such as IP address, browser information, page visited, identifiers and browsing events. Google and Microsoft operate internationally, which can involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their policies explain destinations, applicable bases and safeguards, and controls. No particular transfer safeguard is assumed merely because a tag is present.

6. Accepting, rejecting or changing your choice

In the banner you can accept, reject optional cookies or choose by purpose using “Customise”. You can reopen it using “Manage cookies”. Manage cookies. Rejecting non-essential options should not prevent use of the essential shop functions.

If the panel or button is unavailable, use your browser privacy controls to block or delete cookies and site data. Local and session storage can also be deleted. This browser control is an alternative available to you and does not replace the website’s obligation to manage consent correctly. For any issue, contact inktraveler@inktraveler.com.

Withdrawing permission must stop subsequent use of the relevant optional services. Deleting browser data cannot retrieve information already sent to a provider; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing based on valid consent. Some third-party cookies must be removed through the browser or the provider’s tools. Blocking all storage can prevent some session or basket functions from working.

7. Your rights and updates

Information on your rights and how to exercise them is in the Privacy Policy. You may contact Inktraveler at the address above and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

We will review this information when services or purposes change. This policy alone does not certify that every tag is blocked before consent. The review described does not cover every page, signed-in user, payment or region; the inventory may need to be expanded for these states.
