The Penco Green Eraser pairs a green body with a retro kraft-paper sleeve. Made in Japan, it is a compact pencil eraser for everyday notes, sketches and planning. It is a practical choice for anyone who enjoys working in graphite and appreciates the character of vintage stationery.
The green body and kraft-paper sleeve give this small desk accessory its distinctive appearance. Its compact size makes it easy to carry alongside your pencils without taking up much room in a pencil case. It brings a nostalgic touch to a daily essential, whether you keep it on your desk or take it out with a notebook.
The eraser removes pencil marks with light pressure, while the shavings tend to gather together for easier clearing. This makes it convenient for correcting words or revising a drawn line as you work. Pair it with a mechanical pencil for an everyday writing kit.

Can I use it with a mechanical pencil?
Yes. It can erase graphite marks made with a mechanical pencil as well as a conventional wooden pencil.
Is this a PVC-free eraser?
No. It is a vinyl eraser made from phthalate-free PVC. Being free from phthalates does not mean that it contains no PVC.
Penco began with a casual conversation between two surfers waiting for waves. Starting a pen brand sounded almost like a joke, but the idea took hold. The name was intended as a shortened form of Pen Company, suggesting a stationery business you might come across in America. The brand started with a single American-made pen.
Notebooks, trays, cases and clocks followed as the collection grew around everyday needs. An affection for American vintage styling met an interest in European design, held together by a playful approach to simple, useful objects. Penco's philosophy is about choosing things that feel right for you rather than following every trend, and finding enjoyment in the ordinary tools you use each day.
"Every erased line leaves room for a new idea."
