The Pilot Custom Heritage 912 features one of the largest nib selections in the Pilot lineup—up to 15 specialized nibs designed for every writing need, from extra-fine precision to expressive calligraphy.

Concept and design

This version comes equipped with a PO nib, short for “Posting”. Originally developed to write cleanly on low-quality Japanese postcards, the Posting nib offers an ultra-fine line and high control on absorbent paper. It achieves this with a small iridium point and a unique downturned tip structure that limits ink spread.
