The Platinum Procyon fountain pen is named after the brightest star in the Canis Minor constellation, one of the 21 first-magnitude stars visible from Earth. The Procyon Luster series is an evolution of the classic Procyon line. This Satin Silver model features a smooth-textured satin finish with anodized aluminum treatment. As a refined detail, the top crown of the cap is chrome-plated, adding a subtle formal elegance.

Design and Writing System
While visually elegant, this fountain pen excels in writing performance. Its anodized aluminum body provides an excellent weight balance, making it comfortable for long writing sessions. The stainless steel nib, inspired by Platinum’s original pentagon-shaped design from 1962, ensures a smooth and consistent writing experience.
The patented Slip & Seal mechanism prevents ink from drying out, even after long periods of disuse. The redesigned feed system also maximizes ink usage down to the last drop.
